This is a full-time hybrid role as an HR Business Partner at Featherbank Selection. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR strategy and operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include talent acquisition and retention, employee engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, policy development, and HR compliance.
