As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for creating and delivering strategies that inspire and engage employees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in rewards and benefits HR roles, with a strong data-driven mindset and proficiency in Excel. A competitive base salary of £60,000 per year, plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits package, including private medical insurance, cycle to work scheme, and employer-matched pension, are just some of the perks on offer. The Role

You will take charge of creating and delivering strategies that inspire and engage a diverse workforce.

  1. Using data to analyse trends and present compelling insights to senior leaders.
  2. Bringing fresh, innovative ideas to enhance employee engagement and retention.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • A proven track record in rewards and benefits HR roles, ideally (but not essential) in residential construction, volume housebuilding, or Build to Rent.
  • A strong data-driven mindset – you can analyse trends and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Excel (experience with COINS would be a bonus).
