  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement total rewards strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Analyse industry trends and labour market conditions to inform compensation decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR partners to ensure alignment with budget and regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in talent management and compensation roles within the construction or housing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex compensation and benefits challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and build buy-in for change.
Salary Range
  • Estimated annual salary range: £80,000 - £100,000 based on industry standards and location.
