We are seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our team at Dandara. In this role, you will develop and implement a Group-wide Reward & Benefits strategy that supports our business goals.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing reward and benefits strategies in a multi-site organization. You will lead the effective development and execution of our Reward & Benefits strategy, ensuring it aligns with broader people initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategy: Lead the effective development and execution of a Group-wide Reward & Benefits strategy that supports Dandara's business goals.
  • Design Reward Frameworks: Create and manage policies, processes, and frameworks, including annual pay reviews, market benchmarking, variable pay, and benefit renewals.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the Group's go-to expert on Reward & Benefits, working closely with the HR Director and senior leaders to ensure strategies align with broader people initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in developing and executing reward and benefits strategies in a multi-site organization.
  • Extensive experience in reward and benefit-related HR functions.
  • An analytical mindset with strong data focus and excellent communication skills.
