Job Summary

A rewarding opportunity has arisen for a skilled Compensation and Employee Benefits Manager to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the approval and submission of payroll and benefits for the EMEA region, ensuring accurate processing of salaries, taxes, and other deductions.

About the Role
  • Manage monthly payroll for over 5 countries, collaborating with the Payroll Provider to ensure seamless processing.
  • Collect and review payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the monthly payment process, guaranteeing timely and secure transfer of salaries, benefits, and taxes.
  • Serve as the main contact for employee queries related to pensions, benefits, and payroll, providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with external compensation providers to benchmark salary data and model annual salary reviews.
  • Generate reports for Finance, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports as needed, providing actionable data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Payroll and Benefits Specialist, managing end-to-end processes.
  • Experience covering payrolls for multiple countries across EMEA is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of local laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll systems, ensuring efficient data management.
