In addition, you will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 20% of your basic salary. Job Description:- Develop and implement a compelling reward and benefits strategy that promotes employee engagement and helps attract and retain top talent.
- Lead on the effective development and implementation of the reward and benefits agenda, incorporating annual pay review, market benchmarking, variable pay, and benefit renewals.
- Design, develop, and manage a group-wide reward framework, policies, and processes that facilitate effective delivery of the reward agenda.
- Conduct formal and informal market surveys; undertake analysis of the compensation market and proactively share insight into compensation trends.
- Extensive reward and benefit-related HR experience.
- Analytical & data-focused, with the ability to articulate and communicate effectively.
- Flexible, agile, and collaborative approach in all aspects of working relationships.
- IT literate with good knowledge of Excel.
- Competitive salary range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- Discretionary annual bonus: up to 20% of basic salary.
