Job Title: Reward and Benefits StrategistSalary Information:

We are offering a competitive basic salary, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus of up to 20% of your basic salary. Job Description:
  • Develop and implement a compelling reward and benefits strategy that promotes employee engagement and helps attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead on the effective development and implementation of the reward and benefits agenda, incorporating annual pay review, market benchmarking, variable pay, and benefit renewals.
  • Design, develop, and manage a group-wide reward framework, policies, and processes that facilitate effective delivery of the reward agenda.
  • Conduct formal and informal market surveys; undertake analysis of the compensation market and proactively share insight into compensation trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive reward and benefit-related HR experience.
  • Analytical & data-focused, with the ability to articulate and communicate effectively.
  • Flexible, agile, and collaborative approach in all aspects of working relationships.
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Excel.
