Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Director of Legal Services Scotland to join our team at Oculus Legal Group Ltd in Glasgow. As a seasoned legal professional, you will play a critical role in shaping our Private Client services and driving business growth across Scotland.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Scottish private client market, with a strong network of contacts and relationships. You will be responsible for leading the development of our Private Client services, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  3. Lead and manage the Private Client team, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, adapting our services accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a focus on private client services, ideally with 6+ years PQE.
  • Strong leadership and business development skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:
