Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at the West of Scotland Housing Association. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to lead key financial processes and contribute to the overall financial wellbeing of the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key financial processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing a high-quality finance service to all stakeholders.

About the Role

This role is a key part of our Leadership Team, supporting a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Director of Finance to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key financial processes and controls in line with regulatory requirements
  • Provide a high-quality and responsive finance service to all stakeholders
  • Contribute to the overall financial wellbeing of the organization, including that of its subsidiaries
Requirements
  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Salary: £62,400 - £65,700 per annum (EVH SM7-SM9 Grade 10)
  • Location: Glasgow (hybrid model in place)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
