Document and Data Management Professional

This entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn about document management systems and practices within a manufacturing environment. As a Trainee Document Controller, you will support in managing the documentation process by assisting in the organisation, maintenance, and distribution of project-related documentation while adhering to industry standards and company procedures.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- Produce Master Document Registers (Internal and Client).
- Assist in the creation, revision and maintenance of project documentation.
- Learn to use the document management software and systems for tracking document revisions and approvals.
- Help manage the document control system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure Client/Project documentation requirements are implemented and understood.
- Participate in the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely communication of updates.
- Support the filing and archiving of documents in both electronic and physical formats, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Support with regular Project audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures.
- Provide support with various administrative tasks as and when required.
