Document Management Specialist

Balmoral Offshore Engineering, a leading provider of surface and subsurface buoyancy, insulation, and elastomer products and services, is seeking a skilled Trainee Document Controller to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, revision, and maintenance of project documentation.
- Produce Master Document Registers for internal and client use.
- Learn and utilize document management software systems for tracking revisions and approvals.
- Support the filing and archiving of documents in both electronic and physical formats.
- Participate in regular project audits to ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 'o' grade/Standard grade in English, maths, and administration.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
