Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled audio transcription specialist to join our team on a temporary basis in Aberdeen City. As an experienced audio typist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining legal documents, as well as client case administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document management and organisation.
  • Preparation of share files, including filing, scanning and photocopying.
  • Client case administration, including compliance, billing and accounts file opening and closing.

About the Role:

This is a 3-month temporary assignment that requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in audio typing, preferably in the legal field.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience.
