About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Documentation Coordinator to join our team at Balmoral Offshore Engineering. This role involves supporting the organization, maintenance, and distribution of project-related documentation while adhering to industry standards and company procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Produce Master Document Registers for internal and client use
  • Create and revise project documentation in line with client/project requirements
  • Learn and utilize document management software and systems
  • Manage the document control system to ensure timely communication of updates
  • Distribute documents to stakeholders and communicate updates effectively
  • Filing and archiving documents electronically and physically
  • Support project audits and regular compliance checks


Requirements:
  • Minimum 'O' grade in English, maths, and administration (or secretarial studies)


Desirable Qualifications:
  • Preferred Higher grade in administration (or secretarial studies)


Key Skills:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment


This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
