About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project execution, including engineering, procurement, inspection, testing, transport, etc. They will ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with TechnipFMC QHSES corporate policies, contractual commitments, schedule, and budget.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily administration of projects, ensuring timely reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor
  • Ensure that engineering and requisitioning activities, as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting, and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities, are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, and materials budget, as well as contractual specifications
  • Provide oversight and guidance on quality, health, safety, environment, and security (QHSES) policies within areas of responsibility
  • Coordinate engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations
  • Evaluate vendors' documents, provide comments, and return them to vendors on time
  • Prepare documents required by contract and authorities
  • Ensure the availability of all information and data needed for activities within areas of responsibility
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in engineering or related fields
  • 2-5 years of experience as a project engineer
  • Strong project management skills, with ability to think and act independently on complex projects and issues
  • Efficient problem-solving skills, with good level of English (written & oral)
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
