Job Description: Administration and Document Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Administration and Document Management Expert to join our team at First Achieve's Engineering Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of high-quality documents that meet the needs of our clients in the Oil and Gas industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the review and approval process for new sales orders requiring SDRL documents.
  2. Coordinate kick-off meetings with internal stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with manufacturers to obtain client-approved documentation within the specified timeframe.
  4. Provide regular updates to the Document Control Team Lead on job status and workload.
  5. Solve documentation queries related to SDRL requests with Sales Personnel, escalating issues when necessary.
  6. Communicate delays in documentation that may impact expediting visits to the job coordinator.
  7. Develop final manuals as jobs progress to prevent build-ups.
Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration and document management is required for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £35-38k per annum, plus a range of benefits including access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
