Wealth Management Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Wealth Management team at IDEX Consulting.
Key Responsibilities- Pension administration: managing client pensions and providing expert advice on pension-related matters.
- Risk benefits: designing and implementing risk management strategies for clients.
- Healthcare benefits: overseeing the administration of healthcare benefits for clients.
- Client meetings: conducting regular meetings with clients to discuss their benefit needs and provide tailored advice.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong understanding of employee benefits
- Experience working in a Financial Service environment
- A degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration)
- Professional qualifications such as CII or Pensions Age (advantageous)
IDEX Consulting provides a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
