About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Administrator to join our Wealth Management team at IDEX Consulting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pension administration: managing client pensions and providing expert advice on pension-related matters.
  • Risk benefits: designing and implementing risk management strategies for clients.
  • Healthcare benefits: overseeing the administration of healthcare benefits for clients.
  • Client meetings: conducting regular meetings with clients to discuss their benefit needs and provide tailored advice.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong understanding of employee benefits
  • Experience working in a Financial Service environment
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration)
  • Professional qualifications such as CII or Pensions Age (advantageous)
