Sales Operations Expert for Global SaaS Company

A dynamic Sales Operations Analyst is required to join a global SaaS company in London/Hybrid on an initial 12-month assignment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to drive productivity and improve the sales agent experience.
About the Role- Provide expert troubleshooting support for sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and related tools.
- Drive projects that enhance sales agent productivity and efficiency.
- Support lead pass from marketing to sales within agreed SLAs.
- Develop insightful reporting to inform sales managers and drive channel performance.
- Collaborate with key partners to optimize the sales agent experience with Salesforce.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders while managing own projects.
- Analyse disparate data sets to identify patterns and root causes.
- Present insights to influence decision-making and understanding.
- Manage short-term projects and proactively identify risks.
- Support sales teams using Salesforce and possess intermediate Excel skills.
- Experience with Alteryx, Eloqua, Adobe eSign, prospecting tools, sales cadence tools, and BI tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data acumen and analytical abilities.
- Ability to communicate insights and influence decision-making.
- Experience with Salesforce and related tools.
