We are seeking a highly accomplished Lead Sales Director to spearhead our SaaS enterprise growth initiatives. As a key member of our executive team, you will lead and scale our sales operations, driving revenue growth through strategic planning and personal sales efforts.

Our ideal candidate possesses a strong background in SaaS sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. They will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and monitoring performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to optimize performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members to build a strong and effective sales force.
Strategic Sales Planning:
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales objectives and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Manage sales forecasting and pipeline management to ensure accurate revenue projections and goal setting.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in SaaS sales. They will possess exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance. Our company offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on experience and location.
