Nexthink, the pioneer in digital employee experience management software, seeks a highly skilled Contract Renewal Specialist to oversee contract renewals across multiple regions and business units. As part of our Global Sales Operations team, this role will play a critical part in ensuring timely, compliant, and aligned contract renewals that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global strategies for efficient contract renewals, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and improve contract renewal processes.

In collaboration with sales, post-sales, legal, and operational teams, the successful candidate will manage and streamline the contract renewal process globally.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in contract renewals in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
