**Job Overview**

This critical role ensures seamless operations for our users and customers by providing first-line diagnostic/troubleshooting support and technical expertise via our dedicated support ticketing system.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with designers and developers, leveraging their technical knowledge and creativity to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and effective support to resolve customer queries and issues, maximizing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Utilize our support ticketing system to track and manage incoming tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions, facilitating continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, fostering open communication and collaboration.

About You

  • You have a solid background in HTML/CSS and decent JavaScript knowledge, enabling you to provide expert guidance on form building and customization.
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills make you an effective ambassador for Jotform's values and mission.
