**About the Job:

This role involves resolving technical issues, answering inquiries, and ensuring seamless user experience. You will be responsible for managing multiple support tickets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer support to clients and respondents via phone, email, and chat* Resolve technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior colleagues* Collaborate with project managers and researchers to plan and execute projects* Analyze support metrics and provide actionable insights for process improvements* Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research*

**Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience* Fluency in English and German* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong analytical skills* Experience in customer support, market research, or a related field is an asset
