About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Operations Support Specialist. As part of our Global Hospitality Services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services across the UK, Europe, and MEA clusters.

Key Accountabilities
  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including assistance with day-to-day tasks and overseeing operations at our UK sites in Canary Wharf and Stirling Square.
  • Collaborating with other teams to deliver exceptional events and services, including partnering with the Global Events Marketing team.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to drive business results.
