About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Braze's Global Technical Support Team as an Associate Support Representative. As a key member of our team, you will own, prioritize, troubleshoot, and build response plans for complex inbound customer support issues related to our platform.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with your Global Technical Support teammates to ensure seamless customer support experiences.
- Resolve technical issues and develop effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on customer support strategies and goals.

What You'll Bring

- 1+ years of experience supporting technical products, preferably in SaaS or Mobile.
- Proficiency in case management tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for synthesizing complex ideas and communicating them effectively.
- Domain knowledge of at least one area, such as Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Basic Programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a natural ability to think critically and work collaboratively to resolve issues.
