About the Role

The Talent Acquisition and HR Coordinator is a key role in the HR team to support the Talent Acquisition function and wider HR team as it grows globally. The role will support the Head of Talent Acquisition and the Talent Acquisition Partner with all recruitment activities, as well as some generalist HR responsibilities, including onboarding, referencing, contract preparation, and additional ad hoc requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, post and monitor jobs through our applicant tracking system.
  • Support on all work experience programmes across the business.
  • In partnership with our internal comms team, ensure all job descriptions, careers site content and HR templates are kept up to date.
  • Work with global HR to create a top-class onboarding process for all new starters.
  • Support with the HRIS ensuring the people data is up to date, alongside our HR Portal and organisation charts.
  • Responsibility of the recruitment and onboarding tracker, ensuring all data is up to date and being responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Use our ATS to develop and distribute creative CRM campaigns to our database of candidates.
  • Assist the Head of Talent on Talent Acquisition initiatives including employer branding, social hiring, careers site content and much more.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year's experience in an in-house recruitment/HR role.
  • Experience with G suite and an Applicant Tracking System is beneficial.
  • Proven cost saving data based on direct sourcing.
  • Proven experience of building relationships and trust with stakeholders.
  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
