We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist to join our team at Luminous. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and providing administrative support to our HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition:
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and internal referrals.
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions across our teams.
- Review resumes and applications, and schedule interviews with candidates and team members.
- Manage our applicant tracking system (ATS) to track candidate information and recruitment activity.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and a warm welcome to Luminous.
- Provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to ensure a great first impression of Luminous.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function and provide ongoing support to the HR Manager.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on our HR information system.
- Coordinate HR projects, including meetings, training, and surveys.
- Assist in payroll preparation by uploading payslips on our HRIS.
- Assist in preparing HR reports by collecting relevant data.
- Act as a culture ambassador for Luminous, promoting our values and employer brand.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow in your role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a Junior Talent Acquisition or administrative assistant role is desired but not essential.
- Bachelor's degree is desired but not essential.
- Previous experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter is desired but not essential.
