Job Summary:

HRLife Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective support across all areas of HR to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to HR queries, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Talent Acquisition: Assist with the recruitment process, including writing and posting job adverts, managing responses, and sending interview details.
  • HRIS Management: Create and manage employee records in the HR Information System, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and update HR reports, providing analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Policy Management: Update and maintain company policies in line with current legislation, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  • Compliance and Administration: Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK, support the 1st day induction process, and provide accurate information to the Payroll team.
  • Employee Relations: Record and monitor all absence, supporting with exit interviews, return to work meetings, and other employee-related activities.
  • Project Support: Assist with various acquisition projects, providing administrative support and coordination as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous HR Experience: Essential, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a busy HR department in a UK-based company.
  • Education: HR graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Desirable: CIPD qualification or willingness to study.
