Key Responsibilities:
- HR Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to HR queries, escalating complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Talent Acquisition: Assist with the recruitment process, including writing and posting job adverts, managing responses, and sending interview details.
- HRIS Management: Create and manage employee records in the HR Information System, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and update HR reports, providing analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Policy Management: Update and maintain company policies in line with current legislation, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Compliance and Administration: Maintain company compliance with the right to work in the UK, support the 1st day induction process, and provide accurate information to the Payroll team.
- Employee Relations: Record and monitor all absence, supporting with exit interviews, return to work meetings, and other employee-related activities.
- Project Support: Assist with various acquisition projects, providing administrative support and coordination as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous HR Experience: Essential, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a busy HR department in a UK-based company.
- Education: HR graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work at pace and adapt to changing priorities.
- Desirable: CIPD qualification or willingness to study.
