About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and HR Assistant. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and providing administrative support to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and internal referrals.
    • Develop and maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate information and recruitment activity.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
    • Act as a champion of our Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), promoting our company culture and values.
  • Human Resources Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including coordinating HR projects, preparing HR reports, and uploading payslips on our HRIS.
    • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and senior leadership team members.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Junior Talent Acquisition or administrative assistant role is desired but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is desired but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
