At Medtronic, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team and develop strong relationships with key decision makers in the Superficial Venous therapy area. This role requires a high level of commercial awareness and the ability to offer strong clinical support to customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of consistent over-plan performance and excellent selling skills education and knowledge. A degree in Engineering, Life-Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology or another advanced degree is required, along with strong selling experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a flexible working environment, annual incentive plan, pension scheme, and training possibilities via Cornerstone/Harvard Manage Monitor/Skills Lab. The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
