We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in the UK. This role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business opportunities, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to various branch locations across the UK. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of business development principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

As a Business Development Representative at TSB Bank, you can expect a competitive base salary of £45,000 from day one. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive an excellent benefits package, including:

  • An additional 9% of your salary (£4,050) to spend on flexible benefits or take as cash in your pay.
  • A variable pay award (5% or £2,250 on target) based on company performance.
  • A fantastic company pension scheme with TSB contributing up to 8%.
  • 25 days' holiday (plus bank holidays).
  • Private healthcare.
