Hardware Retrieval Process Manager

We are seeking a skilled process manager to oversee our hardware retrieval process, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maintaining accurate records.

About the Role
This individual will be responsible for managing hardware retrieval requests, coordinating with shipping and warehousing teams, and providing timely updates to ensure successful asset retrieval. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our Asset Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hardware retrieval requests through our ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with shipping and warehousing teams to arrange efficient asset returns.
  • Provide timely updates and resolve issues to ensure successful asset retrieval.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Asset Management System.
