IT Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT asset management specialist to streamline our hardware retrieval processes, ensure efficient resource allocation, and maintain accurate records.

About the Role
This individual will be at the heart of our IT asset management system, utilizing their problem-solving skills to improve asset retrieval processes and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage hardware retrieval requests through our ticketing system.
  • Coordinate with shipping and warehousing teams to arrange efficient asset returns.
  • Provide timely updates and resolve issues to ensure successful asset retrieval.
  • Manage returned IT assets according to established processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in our Asset Management System.

A Day in the Life
This role involves processing retrieval requests, communicating with team members across different time zones, and finding creative solutions to logistical challenges. Organizational skills are essential to prioritize tasks and document all asset movements properly.
