Job Title: Asset Management Specialist
Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing IT asset retrieval, ensuring accurate records, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Duties:
• Manage hardware retrieval requests through our ticketing system
• Coordinate with shipping and warehousing teams to arrange efficient asset returns
• Provide timely updates and resolve issues to ensure successful asset retrieval
• Manage returned IT assets according to established processes
• Maintain accurate records in our Asset Management System

A Day in the Life:
Your typical day might involve processing retrieval requests, communicating with team members across different time zones, and finding creative solutions to logistical challenges.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
• Are 18 years of age or older

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Previous experience in Warehouse Environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
