Job Description

As a Line Team Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line in Huntingdon.

  • Coordinate daily production activities to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the Shift Manager/Production Manager to implement process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement and development

Requirements include previous experience managing teams, preferably in a food production setting, and health & safety expertise.
