Production Manager Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager Assistant to oversee daily operations of our state-of-the-art production facilities. As a key member of our team, you will support the Shift Manager/Production Manager in ensuring all shift goals are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing the daily production function of the line/team
- Ensuring all information relating to your production line is communicated appropriately to the team and/or Production Manager
- Supporting the Production Manager in implementing and improving procedures and processes to ensure the highest standard of work is produced
You will also be responsible for monitoring staff performance and escalating any poor or underperformance. A competitive salary of £14,480 per annum (approximately £27.20 per hour) is offered, along with a range of benefits including paid overtime, life assurance, and opportunities for development and internal promotion.
Previous experience managing teams, ideally in a food production environment, is essential for this role. You will work for a fantastic organization with a family feel and state-of-the-art facilities, offering a great package with a competitive holiday allowance and cycle-to-work scheme.
