Your day-to-day responsibilities will include setting up and maintaining complex production equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve production targets. You will also be responsible for mentoring new team members, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and participating in 5S and Kaizen activities to optimize process efficiency.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of food safety principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Food Safety Level 2 qualification and experience working with KPIs are essential requirements for this position.
