Manufacturing Process Specialist

The CSR Group is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join their team in Cambridgeshire, UK. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for implementing new product and process designs into manufacturing, ensuring smooth product launches, and optimising product and process designs for efficiency and quality from the outset.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement new product and process designs into manufacturing, utilising expertise in food or beverage production processes.
* Lead scale-up processes, guaranteeing seamless product launches and meeting customer expectations.
* Enhance specifications and operating instructions to support consistent and efficient production, driving business growth and revenue increase.
Requirements:
* Experience in the food and beverage industry in a similar role, with a Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology or relevant work experience.
* Strong knowledge of food or beverage production processes, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
* A track record of successful project leadership and creative problem-solving, with strong business acumen to evaluate the feasibility and ROI of projects.
