The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our manufacturing department as a Fabrication Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our product is produced and packaged in accordance with the Production programme and Safe Systems of Work. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Producing high-quality products while adhering to Company Policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Quality, Technical, and Manufacturing Administration.
- Liaising with Engineering, Planning, Quality, HR, Sales, and Marketing teams to achieve production goals.
- Maintaining accurate production and quality documents.
- Ensuring a high level of housekeeping in the work area.
- Participating in non-conformance activities to improve the finished product.
- Contributing to the improvement of the working environment and production processes.
Work Schedule
You will work on a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Friday, with two possible shifts: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm and 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £28,421.03 per annum, plus an attendance bonus of £300 per quarter (subject to 100% attendance). Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits, including:

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience within a manufacturing environment and possess technical understanding.
