**Job Description:** Manufacturing Team Leader
Location: Upwood
Salary: £15.24 - £16.30 per hour (dependent on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to join our expanding team in Upwood.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a section of operators, coordinating their workloads, and ensuring an efficient operation that meets business targets.
You will provide line management support, monitor issues, and ensure production targets, KPIs, and quality standards are met to meet customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of working safely.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead a section of operators to achieve business targets
