Team Lead for Children's Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead for Children's Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who are dedicated to providing high-quality support services to children and young people with disabilities.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing teams and prioritizing tasks. A strong understanding of SEND policies and procedures is essential, as well as a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable individuals.
The salary for this position is £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, annual leave, sick pay, pension, and mileage allowance.
