We are seeking an experienced Children, Education and Families Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Grafham Water Center. This role will provide engaging, thought-provoking learning and development interventions that meet the priorities and ambitions of our colleagues in the Children Education and Families workforce.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing best practice solutions using in-house and external capability that aligns with CEF ambitions, its identified areas of focus, and specialist practice areas. You will also provide management oversight and robust governance of our Apprenticeship and Qualifications Centre, which is subject to inspection by Ofsted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver learning and development interventions for colleagues in the Children Education and Families workforce
  • Work in partnership with the Children's Social Care Academy Manager, colleagues and stakeholders to develop best practice solutions
  • Provide management oversight and robust governance of our Apprenticeship and Qualifications Centre

The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits including flexible working, additional annual leave, and access to development opportunities.
