Children Education Learning Lead

We are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team as a Children, Education and Families Learning and Development Manager. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a passionate and driven team to deliver high-quality learning and development interventions that support the growth and development of colleagues in the Children Education and Families workforce.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging learning and development interventions that meet the priorities and ambitions of our colleagues. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
Key Accountabilities:
- Design and deliver innovative learning and development interventions to meet the needs of the Children Education and Families workforce.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Learning and Development professionals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of training activity.
