We are seeking an experienced Elementary Education Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Educational Programs
- Design and implement educational programs for primary school students.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum and teaching materials.
- Maintain Classroom Environments
- Manage classroom environments to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
- Organize classroom resources and materials.
- Communicate with Parents and Teachers
- Establish positive relationships with parents and teachers.
- Keep parents informed about their child's progress through regular updates.
Requirements:
- Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or related field.
- Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an elementary education specialist or similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
