Job Title: Critical Care Educator Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Care Nurse Educator to join our team at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating and developing staff, promoting patient safety, and ensuring excellent care within the unit.

Job Responsibilities:

The post holder will provide professional role modeling, supervise practice development projects, and promote good teamwork and harmonious working relationships within the department. They will also educate and support learners to a high standard.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered General Nurse with Critical Care Course and Mentorship or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Recent Critical Care experience (minimum 2 years) and ability to support less experienced staff
  • Able to deliver high specialist care and demonstrate initiative

Salary: £48,000 - £61,710 per annum
