Acute Care Nurse Leader

Our North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, and we're seeking a skilled Acute Care Nurse Leader to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have 1st Level NMC Registration, with at least 2 years' experience within acute care areas. ILS training and evidence of leadership qualities are also essential.
This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical skills and broaden your experience across a diverse range of patient conditions. As a key member of our Acute Assessment Unit and Ambulatory Care Unit teams, you'll work closely with our Matron and Divisional Head of Nursing to ensure seamless care delivery.
You'll be responsible for providing high-quality assessments and care for acutely ill patients, coordinating patient transfers, and supporting emergency day cases. Acting as the nurse in charge, you'll lead the team and ensure a smooth workflow, managing a small team, including staff development, attendance, and appraisals.
