Job Description
Randstad Education is looking for a qualified pedagogical development coordinator to support our efforts in delivering high-quality educational programs. As a pedagogical development coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, promoting academic excellence, and fostering a love for learning in young children. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of educational programs, addressing the unique needs and concerns of each student.

About the Role
This role involves creating a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, knowledge, and wisdom in pupils. You will work closely with colleagues to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, ensuring every child has access to high-quality educational experiences. As a pedagogical development coordinator, you will provide ongoing support and guidance to students, addressing their unique needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven experience in teaching and mentoring young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
