Senior Production Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Coordinator to join our team in Huntingdon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of their assigned line, ensuring all shift goals are delivered safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily production function of the line/team
- Ensure effective communication with the team and Production Manager
- Maintain accurate records, including full traceability of product batches
- Support the Production Manager in implementing procedures to improve productivity and efficiency
- Motivate colleagues and assist in developing team members
- Monitor staff performance and escalate any underperformance
Competitive Salary: £45,600 - £55,200 per annum (dependent on experience), comprehensive benefits package, including life assurance of minimum two times yearly salary, opportunities for development and internal promotion, Cycle to work scheme, Share save scheme, variety of discounts at well-known retailers as well as gyms and free car parking on site along a subsidised canteen.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing teams, preferably in a food production environment, and a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
