Group Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Group Travel Coordinator to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing group tour programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate itineraries for groups
- Negotiate and contract with suppliers (hotels, transport, restaurants, guides, attractions, etc)
- Sources specialist and technical/study visits where required
- Write and manage financial accounts for each individual group
- Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have good analytical skills and attention to detail
