Group Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Group Travel Coordinator to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing group tour programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and coordinate itineraries for groups
  • Negotiate and contract with suppliers (hotels, transport, restaurants, guides, attractions, etc)
  • Sources specialist and technical/study visits where required
  • Write and manage financial accounts for each individual group
  • Candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Must have good analytical skills and attention to detail
