Administrative Coordinator

Pacomarine Limited is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support in the Diagnostic Imaging Department.
As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless patient care and administrative excellence. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in IT systems and ability to learn new software quickly. A commitment to delivering efficient service, flexibility, and a passion for contributing to a patient-focused environment are essential.
Main Responsibilities:
- Register patients efficiently and accurately on the Trust's IT system
- Serve as the first point of contact for patient and relative inquiries in person and over the phone
- Maintain and organize patient records, including filing and scanning
- Liaise with internal and external agencies to support patient care
- Uphold high standards of the reception area
- Assist in induction, orientation, and training of new team members
- Attend and complete all Trust-mandated training sessions
