Job Description

This exciting opportunity requires an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Director, managing various administrative functions and prioritizing allocated workloads for engineers during peak periods.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and proactive with a strong background in diary management and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • High-level administrative support to the Director, including diary management, email management, and travel arrangements.
  • Prioritization of allocated workloads for engineers during peak periods via the internal portal.
  • Utilization of SAGE for invoicing, purchasing, and general office administration tasks.
  • Preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations with advanced Excel skills.
  • Maintenance of accurate filing systems, handling of confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is between £25,000 and £35,000 based on industry standards and location.
