As a Land Charges Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our Local Land Charges service, providing search responses to the conveyancing sector.

You will assist in maintaining the Local Land Charges Register, answering enquiries, and providing searches and certificates for Local Land Charges and Local Authority enquiries. Your strong administrative and database inputting skills, along with your ability to analyse and interpret data, will be essential in this role.

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a small team. The successful candidate will be adept at managing their own workload in meeting demanding deadlines and will have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Local Land Charges Register
  • Assist in answering enquiries
  • Provide searches and certificates for Local Land Charges and Local Authority enquiries

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative and database inputting skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data
  • Excellent communication skills

Working Arrangements:

This is a hybrid working opportunity, with a requirement to work from our offices in Huntingdon. We offer flexible working arrangements, but you should be within commutable distance to our offices.
